Photography Fee Agreed to:                                      A Deposit of 50% $                        is due at the signing of this agreement with the balance $                to be paid on receiving the images.

Additional CDs:                      At $15 if ordered at time of contract signing, or  $55 if ordered later.

Expenses:     The client is responsible for all travel over 2 hours, overnight accommodations and meals as agreed upon by both photographer and client. All overtime past 8 hours is at a rate of $65 an hour

Wedding packages and services included for the fee stated above: The client will receive professionally captured Digital Images provided on a Compact Disc (CD). 

House Rules: The photographer is limited by the guidelines of the ceremony official or reception site management. client agrees to accept the technical results of their imposition on the photographer.  Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is client’s responsibility. The client is responsible for providing the photographer with the limits and guidelines the reception site management and ceremony officials place on photographers.

Model Release: The client hereby grants K.I.S.S. Photographic the unrestricted right to use and publish photographic imagery of the client or in which the client may be included, for self-promotion by means of the Internet or in print.

Wedding Photography:    The client must provide a contact person (parent, sibling, or friend) that will be responsible for staging the pictures.  The contact person is ultimately responsible for making sure all pictures are taken.  The client also understands that they will be responsible for printing their own pictures wherever they choose.
